LET’S ALL STAND WITH IMMIGRANTS

Immigrants and their families need you to stand with them now more than ever before. If you are eligible to vote, please register and make a plan to vote in this year’s election.

This year, it’s absolutely critical that we stand with immigrant families and communities. If you’re eligible to vote, you can check whether you’re registered, make a plan to vote, and encourage your family and friends who are eligible to vote to make their plan, too. If you’re not eligible, make sure to encourage your friends who are citizens to vote.

Take Action

Share why you’re standing with immigrants in this election by posting your photo or video on Twitter or Instagram using #IStandWithImmigrants.

Here’s a sample script to get you started:

Hi everyone! My name is [INSERT NAME]. Immigrants and their families need you to stand with them now more than ever before. If you’re eligible to vote, make sure to check your registration and make a plan to vote.

If you want to take your video to the next level you can also say:

This November, as you exercise your right to vote, I hope you will keep in mind those who aren’t eligible to vote – maybe because they’re not U.S. citizens, or because they’ve been disenfranchised – who are integral parts of our communities.

GET #VOTEREADY!

We’re proud to partner with the Alliance for Youth Action to spread the word about the critical importance of voting to support immigrant families and communities.

Getting #VoteReady is one of the most powerful ways you can Stand With Immigrants. And that power is in our hands! If you’re an eligible voter, then use the Alliance for Youth Action #VoteReady center and start making your plan to vote today!
